The Drew Carey Show - Season 3

Drew appears on a billboard without his authorisation after a weight loss pill backfires.

Drew starts a singles union when a storm hits and employees without families have to stay at the store.

Drew tries to become more assertive. Kate and Oswald are secretly dating. Larry gets fired when Drew and Mimi discover his affair with Mrs Louder.

Mimi tricks Mr Wick into staying with her because he is fearful of continued stormy weather. Drew is suspicious of Mr Wick's disappearance, which results in Mimi firing him. Meanwhile he pursues Nicki, while Oswald and Kate try to work out how to tell Drew about their relationship.

Drew's house is seized thanks to Larry, so he declares bankruptcy to get out of debt. Things are uncomfortable as he struggles to accept Kate and Oswald's relationship.

Drew questions Nicki's past weight loss, so he searches for proof that she lied about being overweight in the past.

Drew wins the Batmobile but Nicki won't let him drive it during a dinner with her parents.

Mr Wick gets Kate to look after Mrs Louder's dog, but she drops him off at Drew's. 

Drew's brother Steve visits, with a big surprise; he's a cross-dresser. Mr Wick wants Drew to fire Steve which causes problems for the brothers.

Drew and the guys don't want Kate to sing in the Battle of the Bands contest.

Drew volunteers at the local nursing home but one of the residents frames him which leads to protests against Winfred-Louder.

Drew wins a vacation with Kate, creating tension when Drew's feelings for Kate are revealed.

Drew tries to make amends to the Clemens when a beer tank explodes in their yard. Meanwhile, Janet convinces Greg to invest in Buzz Beer.

Wick and Mimi fake a harassment case to get a payout. Drew is demoted when he investigates.

Kate organises a salon so Mrs Louder will give her a job as a women's clothing buyer. Unfortunately, they get into a heated argument over internet censorship.

Drew becomes jealous when Kate and Oswald get engaged, leading to a competitive compatibility test and another engagement. 

Drew meets Nicki's parents for the first time and it doesn't go as planned.

When Drew's fridge Bessie dies, the gang competes in the Winfred-Louder Games to win another.

Drew has to navigate family tensions when he calls off his wedding, but agrees to go through with bachelor party which complicates things further.

When a sex drug accidentally gets mixed into Buzz Beer, everyone starts acting a little crazy. Meanwhile, Drew has to testify in Mimi's harassment case.

When Mrs Louder goes on vacation and Wick is in the hospital, Drew takes charge and implements a "no firing" policy. The employees take advantage and the store falls into chaos just as Mrs Louder returns.

Drew meets a handywoman named Sharon.

Drew decides to get some professional help with his love life.

Drew tries to get a promotion for a new job in Europe.

Drew scrambles to buy Kate her dream wedding dress, but Oswald beats him to it when he buys a cheap knockoff.

Kate struggles to find the right way to tell Oswald she doesn't want to get married anymore, especially when he moves up the wedding.
