Alex encourages the couple to think fast to maximise profit over the summer months. Some clever packages and an uplift for the dire dining room gives the hotel a fighting chance of surviving the winter months. With the cold months fast approaching, and a building still in need of some serious maintenance, have the couple bitten off more than they can chew? Living off less than minimum wage and barely turning a profit, for the last five years the sisters have struggled to keep the doors open, and are running out of ideas. Enter The Hotel Inspector, who sees an opportunity to keep this place from going under. Weddings are big business, but the sisters only have three weddings booked in a year and they are not making the margin to help this business survive. Alex needs to show them how to create the best budget wedding venue in the area before this business gets jilted at the altar.
