Six dance lessons from Madame Lucia Varrancourt could be dangerous; at least, it would appear that way, when suspicion regarding supposed accidental deaths leads to a dance studio.

The Oracle
A religious tabernacle and its robed prophet, Nostradamus, The Oracle, fall under the scrutiny of insurance investigator Russ Andrews and Steve Banks when members of his fanatical following begin liquidating their endowment and annuity policies to turn the funds over to the Nostradamus Foundation.

New Sound for the Blues
Kitty Harper is a nightclub pianist. Her son, Ted Harper, is shot to death in an office building, and Kitty accuses Andrews (James Franciscus) of killing her son.

I Thee Kill
A struggling artist, whose wealthy fiancée has jilted him, is the prime suspect after a sniper kills the girl's bridegroom. Wanting to take a last glimpse at the gal that got away, Jack Daley's in the crowd when the groom is killed, thereby making him a prime suspect. Insurance investigator Russ Andrews gets on the case, learning that his former service pal is wanted for murder.

Quite a Woman
Minna Carter, a once-famous beauty of the silent screen, is indignant at investigator Russ Andrews' suggestion that her insurance claim may not be a valid one.

Style of Living
Valerie Corbin, a socialite, tells the investigators her husband has gambled himself into debt and she is afraid that the man who holds the lOU's will kill him.

In a Mirror, Darkly
When Manon Cuchet, a female fashion designer, reports the loss of her exclusive fall line in a fire, the Investigators get an anonymous tip which touches off an inquiry into the activities of the couturiere.

De Luca
Banks suspects fisherman John De Luca deliberately set fire to his own home. Investigation of the fire in a cannery community brings Steve Banks into close contact with the life and family of an angler, who tries to interest him in his headstrong daughter.

Death Leaves a Tip
The investigators track down a mysterious killer who preys on waitresses but not in time to prevent the death of a young girl employed by a woman restaurant owner (Jane Wyman.)

Panic Wagon
A wealthy horse breeder dies in an avalanche set off by a construction company's dynamite charge and The Investigators suspect it was not accidental.

The Mind's Own Fire
Maggie Peters becomes romantically drawn to the insecure young heir of a factory fortune as she investigates a mysterious series of fires in a New England industrial town. Female investigator Mary Murphy discovers that it's difficult to remain impersonal when she becomes acquainted with an insecure young heir to a factory fortune. In her attempt to unravel the mystery behind a series of fires, the pretty detective runs into some pitfalls.

Something for Charity
Because she needs the money, Charirty Kittridge reluctantly poses as a pigeon to trap a murder-for-insurance ring. She refuses a strong man (Cal Bolder) as her pigeon "bridegroom," so investigator Steve Banks (James Philbrook) takes the role for the faked marriage. This sets the trap for the murder ring to expose themselves. Co-investigator Russ Andrews keeps the plan from backfiring when Charity comes close to really being killed.

The Dead End Man
A presumed-dead man requests an insurance company to update his beneficiary.
