In 2016 the government's Low Risk Drinking Guidelines were published - but few people seem to be aware of them and even when they are, many don't follow their advice. Jeremy goes out with West Midlands Ambulance Service to see the impact alcohol has on emergency services, speaks to those addicted to drinking, and consults an industry expert on the true scale of the problem.
