In "The Ventriloquists," written by Lan O'kun, the separated couple is working together for the last time to fulfill a contract when they begin to understand each other through use of their dummies. In "Julie Falls Hard," written by Michael Norell, Julie is starry-eyed after the handsome widower proposes because she is also fond of his young teenagers (Melora Hardin and Annrae Walterhouse) who are drawn to her.
