Season 1
Hajime Onchi is leader of the committee for Labor Union of National Airline NAL. He and vice-leader Shiro Gyoten are demanding NAL to create better working conditions. The current work conditions are very poor that fatal incidents are just a matter of time. Safety has always been Hajime's concern, but he has been demoted to a remote location abroad, while Shiro breaks away and joins NAL's management for career purposes.
Hajime Onchi returns to Japan once an airplane crash happens involving NAL and faces the grieving bereaved families. To revive NAL, Masayuki Kunimi becomes president of NAL and his first move was to call Hajime to investigate the widespread corruption within the airline. Hajime soon encounters former friend and ally Shiro, which tries to block his investigation

Many of these items have incredible stories behind them and a unique place in history: from an accordion played in the Blitz by a woman who is now in her 90s, to a beautifully crafted clock made by a father who was completely blind; a Pinball machine that is currently being used as a kitchen counter, and a Davenport desk with its trademark fake drawers which fooled burglars - and their crowbar.
The Repair Shop is an antidote to our throwaway culture and shines a light on the wonderful treasures to be found in homes across the country.
