Huddersfield Giants take on the champions Wigan, who were unbeaten in the first month of the season, when they were also victorious in the World Club Series. The Giants are looking to become the first visiting team to win at the DW Stadium this season.
Meanwhile, Leigh will be looking to repeat their impressive performance against St Helens when they take on Warrington. Plus, Salford play Castleford, Hull FC face Widnes and there is a West Yorkshire derby at Headingley, where Leeds are at home to Wakefield.
