But will the search be worth its weight in gold? £72 million says all their dreams can be realised, but as the reality sinks in for the staff at St Anthony's hospital the secrets, jealousy and betrayal start to pour out.

Tom
After his final course of IVF on the NHS is unsuccessful, lovable Tom is now able to afford the best private fertility care for him and his partner Natalie. He also has the money to find his estranged father and confront him for walking out on his mother when he was 10 years old. But sometimes the truth is a hard pill to swallow, and no amount of money can stop family and friends letting you down. Meanwhile, things are not quite right at Mandy's house and she is acting very strangely.

Rose
Now she's won the lottery Rose can take herself off the waiting list and buy some new knees! Her fantasy of fox-trotting around a ballroom again is fast becoming a reality. The publicity from the win has brought unwelcome attention and when Rose turns to fellow winner Mandy for help, it soon becomes clear that she is not the only one with problems.
