This drama centers around the scientists at the ‘special infectious disease crisis response team‘ lead by Lee Myung Hyun, who investigate a mysterious infection case where the virus has a 100% fatality rate. While investigation, they faces the truth and fights against the power of evil.

Episode 1
Emergency services are rushing to a remote medical facilty after a massive fire outbreak, but little do they know that they've been exposed to a deadly virus. Lee Myung Hyun and his team are tasked to find the source and to contain it, but this seems to be more difficult than they initially anticipated.

Lee Myung yun was about to leave the hospital when they brought in his ex-wife Lee Su In. He made her a promise that he will save her. The team now knows the identity of the carrier, however he doesn't co-operate with them as they expected.

Lee Myung Hyun locks himself up in his office until the result of his blood is known, while the hunt for Kim In Chul continues.

Kim In Chul is being transferred to an different hospital to create a vaccine, however someone is constantly opposing them.

Lee Myung Hyun and his team are hunting for those who kidnapped Kim In Chul, but some nasty surprises are waiting for them.

Lee Myung Hyun's mind is not at work as his ex-wife past away, while Kim Se Jin is being suspected for the murder of Yoon Il Joong.

Detective Kang Tae Shik starts a citywide hunt for Lee Myung Hyun as he suspects him to be the murdered of Reporter Jung Woo Jin and an unidentified male.
Episode 8
Lee Myung Hyun has been infected by the virus and is in a bad shape. Kim Se Jin has been ordered to finish him before daybreak.
Episode 9
Lee Myung Hyun has been cleared from all suspicion, while he and his team have to prove that the new super-vaccine has a major flaw.

Lee Myung Hyun sets a trap for the mole within CDC, while Kim Se Jin is doing his best to create a vaccine.
