Ketchikan, Alaska. This timber-rich city is home to the world's largest collection of totem poles, and Josh seeks out a skilled master craftsman keeping this Native tradition alive, then explores the legendary Tongass National Forest.

Taipei, Taiwan. Josh sails into Taiwan's stunning capital city and explores its rich multicultural traditions, including a visit to a master skilled in the ancient art of glove puppetry and trips to the fish market and a tea farm.
Nature's Masterpiece
Juneau, Alaska. Upon docking in Juneau, Josh visits a hatchery where he learns all about salmon population, takes a deep dive into the world of crab fishing and kayaks to the great Mendenhall Glacier.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Josh visits a workshop where skilled artisans practice the ancient technique of bronze casting, then learns how to make pho and harvest rice.

Anchorage, Alaska. Josh explores the wild side of Anchorage with a rare opportunity to see the American bald eagle up close and personal, then comes face-to-face with a musk ox, and finally, finds a different kind of treasure when he pans for gold.

Havana, Cuba. Josh learns how vintage American cars became synonymous with Cuban culture. Then, he visits a grand restaurant inside a private home and sinks his teeth into the country's national dish. Finally, Josh gets a master dance class.

Copenhagen, Denmark. Josh visits a restaurant known for the country's national dish; explores the wind turbines that help generate the city's power; and travels back in time to help build a Viking ship using historic materials.

Josh learns the ancient martial art of tai chi from a Chinese master, discovers the secret to making Shanghai's signature specialty, soup dumplings, and takes a swing at a sport that's become a Chinese phenomenon - badminton!

Josh spends the day exploring Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic. After discovering the natural wonder of amber, an indigenous gem, Josh learns to make sancocho, the island's national dish, and visits a premier sports academy.

Athens, Greece. Josh learns how traditional prayer beads have been transformed in Greek culture; travels to the countryside to make a signature dish using local vegetables; and meets an Olympian who teaches him to throw the javelin.
Un-Belize-Able!
Josh kicks off his day in Belize City with a local chef who teaches him how to make a traditional stew using native culinary tools; tours Mayan ruins that date back more than 3,000 years; and swims with sharks.

Josh rereads some of his favorite journal entries from his tour of Asia: venturing into the rice fields in Ho Chi Minh City; discovering soup dumplings in Shanghai; and touring a team farm in Taipei, Taiwan.

Josh sails into Rio de Janeiro, where he discovers a vast array of exotic fruit at one of the Brazilian city's colorful open-air markets, teams up with a local soccer player, and tours Rio from the sky, hang-gliding high above the city.

Josh spends the day ashore in Buenos Aires, where he joins a culinary class to learn about empanadas, hops into the saddle to learn polo, and steps out of his comfort zone and embraces the country's most iconic dance - the tango!

Josh explores Bangkok, Thailand, visiting the floating market, a cooking class, where he learns the art of balancing the signature flavors of pad thai, and an ancient village, where generations of craftsmen are keeping a lost tradition alive.
European Wonders
Josh revisits his voyages in Europe, including a ride through the Mallorca countryside on a unique wooden train, a stop in Athens to make signature Greek specialties, and a visit to one of the oldest factories of decorative tiles in Lisbon, Portugal.

Highway Thru Hell
Highway Thru Hell focuses on a team of drivers who work for Jamie Davis, along with several other heavy recovery operations fighting to keep the roads open in some of the most dangerous working conditions ever seen on TV. The Coquihalla and nearby highways through BC's Cascade Mountains have some of the most difficult and fast changing road conditions anywhere. When it's snowing hard up top on the summit of ‘The Coq', 1200 metres below its pounding rain in The Fraser Valley. Add to that, Canada's busiest trucking route to the West Coast, Highway 1 (Trans Canada Hwy), and you have the ‘Bermuda Triangle' of trucking. Police and highway maintenance crews depend on Highway Thru Hell's heavy rescue operators to respond at a moment's notice in the worst conditions. In between the winter storms, the teams ‘off road' skills are put to the test. The rugged terrain near Hope, British Columbia dishes out some of the most unique and challenging recovery jobs over steep cliffs, down deep ravines and even in bodies of water. Highway Thru Hell is ultimately a series about man versus Mother Nature and the toughest men in the towing business being pushed to their breaking point. The stakes are high - lives, the economy and thousands of jobs depend on the highways staying open, and the last line of defense is Heavy Rescue.

Stephen Colbert took over as host, executive producer, and writer of The Late Show on Sept. 8, 2015.
Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and lest known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
Would I Lie to You?
A comedic panel show featuring team captains Lee Mack and David Mitchell plus two guests per side, hosted by Rob Brydon (formerly Angus Deayton). Each person must reveal embarrassing facts and outrageous lies during a series of different rounds including "Ring of Truth", "This is My..." and "Quickfire Lies". It is up to the opposing team to tell tall tales from fantastic facts.
