Davina McCall presents the awards ceremony, celebrating the healthcare heroes who deserve to be recognised for their incredible achievements. For the second year running, Channel 4 has partnered with The Sun and NHS Charities Together to televise the star-studded, red-carpet event. The evening of stories features a host of big-name stars, including David Beckham, Kelly Holmes, Jamie Oliver, Piers Morgan and many more. There are also performances from Mark Owen and Marisha Wallace.

After attending a medical conference in Beijing and coming frighteningly close to dying in a car crash, Dr. Matthew Nolan arrives home and is immediately arrested at London's Heathrow Airport. Exhausted and confused, Nolan is accused of the murder of a woman who was in the car he crashed. Despite his protests that he was driving alone, Nolan is set to return to China to face charges.
