They are trained soldiers that wear robotic suits and reside aboard the Xcalibur, a large flying base. The man in charge of them is Jack Taggart, who is joined by A.L.E.X., a sexy computer AI. The Xtacles often receive their mission orders from President Stan, who is usually reluctant to use them.
