In this episode Davina meets Karen Jackson a 40-year-old nurse from Brighton who is hoping to lose half her body weight so she can finally have IVF treatment. Having struggled with her weight throughout her life, Karen has decided that now if the time to finally make her dream a reality.

Linda Ralph, 68 from East Sussex is hoping to be reunited with an old friend who she's not seen for 50 years. Having met in teacher training college Linda and her good friend Maria eventually lost contact and haven't seen each other since. Will Linda finally get the reunion she is longing for?

Rhys Jones, 21 from Wales is hoping that in the next 12 months he will qualify for Team GB at the Rio Paralympics and win a medal. After contracting hemiplegic encephalitis as a toddler, Rhys was told he may never walk. Defying all expectations, sport has become a lifeline for him. Now he's hoping he can finally achieve his dream in the world's biggest sporting arena.

Motorbike enthusiast Sharon Martin, a 44-year-old district nurse from Stoke On Trent is hoping she can lose weight and fit back into her biking leathers. Having handed her beloved bike to her father as she felt too self-conscious to ride it, Sharon has decided now it's the time to finally get back to the hobby that she loves, but will she succeed?

Army medic and mum of three Lisa Johnston, 33 from Doncaster lives in constant agony due to a rare neurological condition which leaves her in acute pain in her left leg. The condition has turned Lisa's world up side down as she can no longer be a hands on mum. With the only solution being an amputation, Lisa has decided its time to go through this life changing surgery in order to be fitted with a prosthetic that will not only give her back her mobility but also put an end to her pain.
