No episódio anterior, a favela ao lado do Jambalaya decide invadir o condomínio após o concurso. Os moradores do 11º andar do Jambalaya se tornam reféns dos revolucionários. Os habitantes da favela do Matagal, liderados por Elvanecir, resolvem invadir o condomínio e levar todos os bens e móveis dos apartamentos. Mário Jorge quer sair da confusão e pensa em entregar Dona Álvara, que possui muitos inimigos no local. Sua tentativa, no entanto, fracassa e todos acabam presos no prédio. Elvanecir faz uma reforma imobiliária e prende Mário Jorge, Dona Álvara, Celinha, Rita, Arnaldo, Bozena, Isadora, Copélia, Tatalo, Adônis e Deise no apartamento de Celinha. O destino dos personagens é decidido no episódio seguinte.
