A síndica Álvara resolve montar o bazar do Jambalaya Ocean Drive e convida os moradores para participarem do evento. Para a felicidade de Bozena, que reclama de falta de espaço, Rita aproveita a ocasião para limpar sua casa e se desfazer dos objetos antigos que ainda guarda. Mas enquanto as duas arrumam todo o apartamento procurando coisas para vender no bazar, Arnaldo compra diversas outros objetos no evento, deixando Rita e Bozena revoltadas.
