Um grupo de sem-terras, liderados por Lurde e Pereirinha, resolve invadir o apartamento de Arnaldo para negociar a posse do terreno dele em Saquarema. Bozena logo reconhece o sotaque paranaense de Lurde e descobre que algumas famílias são de Francisco Beltrão, cidade rival de Pato Branco. Copélia reconhece Pereirinha da penitenciária que visita e desconfia que os invasores do terreno não são sem-terras de verdade. Para piorar, dona Álvara fica irritada com a invasão do prédio e chama o Bope.
