Outlaw's Wife
Aaron's old girlfriend Abigail returns to Porter. When the townswomen find out, they want Hoby to run Abigail out of town because Abigail was married to a murderous outlaw.

The Chinese Cowboy
A Chinese laundry owner, Wong, moves to Porter and hopes to find respect from the townspeople. One cowhand, Les Morgan, insists on riding Wong.

The Set-Up
Rex Carlson arrives in Porter and proposes to Henrietta. However, when the Porter bank is robbed, Hoby figures that Rex is responsible and Henrietta launches a campaign against Hoby.

A Stone for Benny French
Hoby tries to shield his prisoner from a backwoodsman and his brood.

Trapped
An outlaw, her wounded accomplice, and a blinding snowstorm add up to danger for Hoby.

Town bully Quince means to run new schoolteacher Jim Martin out of town... unless Jim faces him in a gunfight.

Deadly Decoy
Hoby rides with former Ranger Stan Elliott to identify the body of a wanted man... the man who shot off Stan's arm and caused his retirement.

When gambler Joe Sunday comes to town with a court order allowing him to collect his baby daughter from his estranged wife, Hoby has no choice but to let him.

After a five year prison sentence, a man comes back to Porter to avenge the death of his brother.

Three-Legged Fox

The Kid
Hoby ends up shooting a 16-year-old boy in the back while tracking down a prowler. The townspeople think that Hoby acted wrongly, and the boy's father swears vengeance.

Guilt
Hoby rides into the town of Caldwell to tell a drunken father that his son--convicted of murder and imprisoned for life--is coming to visit. The news worries two men who know the truth about the murder.

Every Man a Witness
The Rangers send Hoby to a town to investigate the lynching of a half-breed. The townspeople claim that it was all a set-up to get the suspected killer to talk, and the horse bolted. But Hoby soon suspects that it was a second murder to cover the first.

McCallin's Daughter
A young girl reports that her father is planning a robbery. When a rancher is badly wounded during a robbery attempt, the townspeople are ready to take law into their own hands. However, Hoby suspects that all isn't as it seems.

Bad Judgment
Hoby is called in to persuade a witness to testify against a killer. The killer's brother has been threatening the witnesses family to keep him quiet.

Terror
Typhoid breaks out in Porter, and Hoby and Doc Calhoun launch a desperate search to find the carrier before it's too late.

The Feud
Maude Turley returns to Porter after 17 years. The Turleys and Corbetts feuded 17 years ago and almost wiped each out, and now Maude wants to buried next to her husband.

The Samaritan
Hoby gets caught in a family feud after he frees a stranger from a bear trap... and the man pistol-whips him unconscious and leaves him in the trap.

The Gang
Six members of the Hastings Gang ride into Porter and take over the Buckhorn while Hoby is away, using Tenner as a hostage.

The Threat
A genial man walks into the Bank of Porter and demands that they give him $10,000 within the hour... or he'll blow the town off the face of the earth.

Hard Lines
A man convicted of cowardice and desertion returns to his home town of Porter, but the townspeople don't want him.

Fear
Ambrose Hooker goads his kid brother Beamer into trying to shoot Hoby. Hoby is forced to kill him, and Ambrose begins a campaign of terror to break Hoby's nerves.

Stranger in Town
A man that Hoby put away eight years ago is out of prison, and once he's released sends a letter to the Enterprise saying that he intends to to kill Hoby.

The Protector
A distinguished lawman has turned his town into a haven for outlaws, and now his daughter Ann plans to run off with one.

False Witness
Marcy James rides hard for several days to get to Porter and testify that a convicted killer is innocent. However, Hoby soon discovers that she's lying.

The Trick
A man Tenner helped put away for murder comes to the Buckhorn looking for revenges, and brings a young gun with him to deal with Tenner after he provokes the owner into a fight.

The Eyes of Jerry Kelso
Drummer Manny Brock is killed in his hotel room, and Hoby soon discovers that local farm girl Pearl Adamson had a thing for Brock. He believes that she shot Brock dead, but soon learns that the truth is much stranger.

Gift Horse
Ralph's two long-lost uncles arrive in Porter to find their nephew. However, Hoby suspects that something is up even though the two old men know all about Ralph's history.

The Vote
A smooth talking brother and sister arrive in Porter to campaign for women to get the vote. However, Hoby notices some holes in their story and does some investigating.

The Unwanted
Hoby is called to Glenville when the sheriff is seemingly killed... by witchcraft, wielded by a religious group that has recently settled near town.

Toss Up
Hoby is caught in the middle when a vengeful man rides into Porter to kill his brother-in-law… who he believes killed his father to get the family ranch.

Inquest
Hoby looks into an apparent suicide murder where neither the dead man's widow, the doctor, nor the sheriff seem to want answers.

Back to Crawford
A threat on his sister Norah's life brings Hoby back to his hometown of Crawford... where he finds someone out for revenge against him.

Blind Alley
Hoby trains a blinded Michael Hardesty how to fight when Rufus Cole comes after Michael for killing his brother in a fair fight.
