Triple Digit Flip - Season 2

Season 2

Episodes

Big Investment vs. Big Infest-ment
Jamil and Pace are back to flipping houses and have to choose between the lesser of two evils; a complete plumbing and electrical overhaul or fixing the damage left by millions of termites! Do they choose the house with great bones but in need of major upgrades that could cost big bucks? Or the house abandoned and left to the insect hoard? Their house of choice undergoes an inspired renovation while major changes are underway at work--and home--as Pace and Laura welcome their third child!

Frankenhouse vs. Hairball House
Jamil, Pace, and Rahima have to choose between a tiny house with almost no opportunity for ROI or a FRANKENHOUSE, which has a ton of space but a horrifying layout. The team needs to break down useless, existing walls or build up whole additions if they're going to make either property a triple digit flip. Will they end up designing a money-making masterpiece or will this project become a horror show?

Costly Diamond vs. Diamond in the (Very) Rough
The TDF team must pick between two opposites, and neither is attractive. One house is a full gut-job. It's home to garbage, rats, and a very large colony of bees. The other is in a gated community. Sounds nice, right? Think again! Gated communities have Homeowners Associations which can make renovation projects a nightmare. Jamil and the crew could drown in all the red tape. A costly renovation forces them to seek out additional funding through a loan but the interest cuts into their profits so the team looks for creative ways to make a triple digit flip.

Curb Un-appeal vs. Curb No-appeal
Jamil, Pace and Rahima have two houses to choose from; one with the perfect "curb-un-appeal": massive bars nailed to the outside as decoration, or a hoarder house whose interior is a mystery--they can't even get through the door! This flip is all about the R.O.I. as the team creates additional square footage out of thin air and places a big bet on a backsplash. Will their tropical color choices wash away their profits or land them a boatload of cash?

Plain Box vs. Plain Nasty
Which will be the better flip: the house with wall-to-wall walls, or the boring tract home with roof rats? The team puts all their eggs in one basket but then Pace and Jamil go overboard on demolition and leave Rahima's construction team to clean up the mess. After the renovation gets underway, rising inflation costs and supply chain issues wreak havoc on their budget, causing the team to look for solutions to recoup their losses and hopefully make a Triple Digit Flip!

Tobacco Stained vs. Permit Pains
The TDF team is faced with two houses to choose from; either a smoke-stained, ultra-cluttered house with a beautiful mountain view, or an undersized gut-job they passed on months ago. One of these properties could make the team their biggest profit yet--but it could also be their biggest undertaking to date. Can they overcome unexpected delays and busted budgets to make a triple digit flip? Or will they drown in red tape and get hit with a triple digit loss?

Lots of History vs. Lots of Mystery
The team has a choice between two very different properties; a lakefront gem with huge potential profit but massive renovation costs, or an outdated, unrenovated ranch home occupied by the same family for 50 years! Once their decision is made, it's a full gut and go, but a string of bad luck hits the team hard, including a frightening moment that brings filming to a halt. Fighting against time, the team does all they can to make their open house date, but is it enough to make a triple digit flip?

Neglected Digs vs. '50s Rejig
The team is deciding on which house is their next fix and flip and faced with two options; one so neglected that it's been fined by the city for its filthy, green pool, or one straight out of the 1950's--complete with the original electrical intact! They see BIG dollar signs with square footage additions, but those dollars start to disappear when the unexpected costs add to their budget, forcing them to think bigger. After change orders and delays, it's a race against time and money to see if they can make their next Triple Digit Flip.

House Hack vs. Hack Job
The TDF crew is on the hunt to turn one of two properties into their next fix and flip. They must choose between a hollowed out house abandoned mid-flip by another investor, or a mid-century gut job with a potential money-making opportunity for their next buyer: a rentable living space! The team looks for creative ways to make a triple digit flip but sparks fly as their reno budget grows and they're faced with figuring out how to adapt their plans and stay on track.

What Would The Cardones Do?
The TDF squad have a hard choice to make; do they fix-and-flip an outdated ranch that needs a head-to-toe makeover, or a house that needs a complete layout overhaul! While they weigh all their options, the team decides to call on legendary real estate magnate Grant Cardone to help them make their decision, and the renovation becomes a high-risk, high-reward venture. Unexpected delays wreak havoc on their plans, and the team questions if sticking with the reno is worth it in the unstable market. Can they hold out long enough to make a Triple Digit Flip?
