Berg lands in a very tight spot when Irene takes their little affair a tad too far; Sharon refuses to get dirty with Johnny until he cleans up the new brownstone; and Ash begins to fall apart after her breakup with Nomar.
15 Minutes of Shame
Boston turns against Ashley after Pete leaks her link to Nomar's rumored exit from the Red Sox; Berg begs Johnny to keep his secret fling with Irene under wraps when Sharon comes sniffing for the scoop.
The Satanic Curses
Irene's deal with the Devil gets Pete a spare head, while Berg falls apart (literally) and Sharon one-ups Johnny in the "man" department. But when they try to reverse the curse, things go from bad to worse. And then to "The Twilight Zone."
A Germ Runs Through It
Germ feeds Sharon a batch of bad advice about how to get Johnny to fix the home in a more timely manner. Meanwhile, Pete has Marti burning mad when he bugs her about their romance during a rescue.
The One Without Dialogue
In a dialogue-free show, a pregnant woman stalks Ash, a mystery lad stuns Pete and Johnny spoils Berg's shower time. Meanwhile (and also silently), Sharon seeks the stray dog who swallowed her wedding ring.
Disco Nights
Irene plots to get Pete back when she hears that he and Marti have split. The boys decide to go clubbing but it doesn't go well. Sharon, chasing Johnny, goes with Ashley to the night club and they become a hit with their dancing.
My Dinner with Irene
Berg decides to keep hiding his secret fling with Irene after she blows him off for a last-minute dinner date with Pete. And at the next table over, Johnny blows his lid because Sharon has been spending too much time with Ashley.
Drip
Ashley's leaky plumbing has Berg in search of sleep, Pete in hot water with Irene, and Johnny in talks with Sharon to maybe have a baby.
Rescue Me
The guys try to save someone's---anyone's---life after Johnny's tape of Sharon rescuing a choking man turns her into a local hero. Meanwhile, Ash finds some kind of salvation after she lands in jail for fighting with a cop at a sobriety checkpoint.
Burning Down the House
Johnny and Sharon are overjoyed when their fire trap of a house goes up in flames, until Pete gets a hot tip that the place was torched. Meanwhile, Berg has a hard time watching his newly single mom have some truly single fun with Ashley.
Give Mommy a Kiss
Pete must face his feelings for Berg's mom after her fling with his fire captain goes up in flames. Meanwhile, a hot stock tip from Ashley has Johnny burning through his savings to strike it rich.
I've Got a Secret
Berg's fling with Irene and Pete's secret thing with Susan all come out during a party to honor one of their lusty ladies. Meanwhile, Johnny hides his money matters from Sharon.
The Aftermath
Pete faces the music for his fling with Berg's mom, while Sharon's plan to go to law school has Johnny singing the low-budget blues.
An Eye for a Finger
A mishap has Berg racing Pete to the hospital to have his finger reattached---if they can get there without losing the damaged digit. Meanwhile, Sharon scores a spot in a shady law office; and Ashley uses Johnny for a psych experiment and comes up with some confusing conclusions.
A Few Good Firemen
Johnny's so fired up over his birthday present ---he gets to be an honorary fireman for a day---that he signs up for their training program. Also, around the hospital, it seems as though chivalry is dead...and Berg's the one who killed it.
Adventures of Captain Karma
Fate catches Berg unaware when he runs into a young woman who's not like the girl he knew in high school. Meanwhile, Sharon enlists Johnny to escort her to a business affair, and Ashley and Pete find themselves together---and enjoying each other's company.
Make Mine Tea
A client's philandering hubby has Sharon fearing for her own man's fidelity; Berg faces temptation at the hands of a comic-book artist who has fond memories of him from high school.
The Love Boat
Irene sinks Berg's attempt to win her back by attending his work party on a yacht, where her dress gets more attention than he does. Meanwhile, Ashley ropes Pete into being her date in hopes of scoring a major fellowship she thinks Berg is going after.
The Icewoman Cometh
A near death experience with a runaway fire truck has Pete reevaluating his life---and his loopy love affair with Ashley. Meanwhile, Berg seeks out an old flame to help get over Irene, but finds that she's even crazier than his beloved "cat lady."
Should I Stay or Should I Go?
Pete and Ashley are finally together and they go out on a date together. Berg is still after Irene but Roger is in opposition. Sharon is worried that she and Johnny are no longer doing things together.
