Un fantasma de diez
Doña Romina, una vecina del edificio acude a los López para pedir ayuda, pues ha estado escuchando ruidos que provienen del departamento que está arriba del de ella y al lado de los López, donde falleció el inquilino. Plácido y los demás intentan hacerle ver que no hay nadie e incluso apoyan la idea de que se trata de un fantasma, por lo que harán incluso una sesión espiritista, lo único es que el final de esta aventura nadie se la espera. La Nena, Aldolfo, Plutarco y Gaby ven información sobre un concurso para niños en el que regalan los útiles escolares, y buscan inscribir a Justito y Victoria para que participen.
