The inauguration ceremony of Phase 1 of Xingfu Village, an ex-situ relocation and resettlement planning community in Jinyang District, was held as scheduled. The first batch of relocated households from all townships, towns and villages under the jurisdiction of the county also ushered in the moment of lottery. Liu Shanlai, a relocated household from Dashi Village, was overjoyed when he picked out the house of the heart. He expressed his gratitude to Qin Pengfei, the first secretary of the village, and Wang Zili, the director of the village committee.
