El simulacro
Suena la alarma sísmica, don Arturo tiene un ataque de pánico doña Magda intenta calmarlo pero en lo más fuerte del sismo lo empuja y lo deja en el departamento.
Los vecinos bajan de manera desordenada, Luis intenta hacerlos tomar conciencia de sus acciones ante el sismo, pero la arremeten contra el por haber bajado en bata, Luis les muestra su Kit de emergencia y les indica que hay que estar preparados ante las replicas y sugiere un curso para evacuación y que lo solicitara en la delegación.
Luis y don Arturo platican un poco del miedo de Arturo a los sismos.
Se presenta el curso de Protección Civil impartido por Sergio, Silva inmediatamente empieza el curso intenta ligar con el. Juntos todos los vecinos realizan una revision del edificio, y el instructor determina que el edificio se encuentra en buen estado a pesar que es muy viejo. Eligen a Luis como coordinador de Protección Civil y propone realizar un simulacro.
Silvia invita a Sergio el instructor a tomar un cafe y le pide un curso privado de primero auxilios e insiste mucho en la técnica de respiración de boca a boca.
Luis es el único que se presenta al simulacro a las 11:00 am y el Jorjáis le hace compañía a pesar que no esta invitado. Mientras Silvia en su departamento le cuenta a su amiga que tendrá un curso de primeros auxilios.
Luis convoca a junta para que los vecinos expliquen por qué no se presentaron al simulacro y cada vecino presenta su excusa. Eligen nuevamente a un nuevo coordinador de simulacros para no recargarle tanto el trabajo a Luis, pero resulta electo mediante voto secreto, otra vez Luis.
Sergio el instructor, se presenta al departamento de Silvia a impartir el curso de primeros auxilios acompañado de don Leobardo un viejito que es experto en la técnica de respiración de boca a boca, ya que no es el fuerte de Sergio.
Luis y don Arturo platican nuevamente en la entrada del edificio y Luis le indica que el próximo simulacro sera sorpresa.
Mientras don Leobardo le imparte el curso a Silva de respiración de boca a boca sucede un temblor, suena la alarma sísmica y a don Leobardo le da un ataque.
Ante el nuevo sismo los vecinos salen nuevamente desordenadamente e histéricos, Luis los regaña y les indica que se compartan así porque no asistieron al simulacro, pero los vecino se defienden diciendo que ellos siempre se compartan a la altura y que los simulacros son una perdida de tiempo, se dan cuenta a además que Silva no bajo ante la amenaza del sismo.
Ante al ataque de don Leobardo, Silva le da asistencia mediante la técnica de respiración de boca a boca, los vecinos la descubre infraganti.
Una ambulancia se lleva a don Leobardo y los vecinos eligen a Silvia como Coordinadora de Primeros Auxilios.
