Germán convoca a una junta vecinal a la que nadie asiste, pues pone la invitación en un pizarrón. Jorjáis propone hacer un grupo de whats de Vecinos para que se enteren de los avisos importantes.
Luis pide que el grupo sólo se utilice para asuntos importantes, pero lo que piden él y Germán que no suceda, como mandar memes y escribir a altas horas de la noche, es justamente lo que termina sucediendo y Luis regaña a los Vecinos. Todo se descontrola peor cuando Silvita, por equivocación, envía una foto sensual al grupo.
Magdalena y Arturo van a comprar un teléfono inteligente, pero no les alcanza y Germán les sugiere que compren con un amigo suyo un celular "de medio uso". Alejandra les advierte que es un celular robado y lo pueden rastrear por el GPS. Finalmente, aparece la dueña del celular y Arturo intenta darse a la fuga, pero es arrestado. Los Vecinos logran ponerse de acuerdo para ir a declarar a su favor y que sea liberado.
