Exotic Bird and Absinthe Cake
It's a jungle of fun as Freed's Bakery fills an order for a willowy tall tree cake with exotic birds and edible pets. Then a 13-year-old celebrates her birthday with a smashing volleyball cake. The hit Vegas variety show, Absinthe, orders a huge spinning circus tent cake, and Anthony Fusco and Raul Hernandez face a unique challenge -- taming the flavor of real absinthe and incorporating it into the cake.
Pinball and Golden Knights Cake
The Vegas Golden Knights, the newest and hottest team in the NHL, call on Freed's Bakery for a massive, hockey-themed cake for their fans. A doctor's convention orders an operating room cake, and Sonny Robinson channels his inner pinball wizard to build a working pinball machine out of cake.

It's the busiest week of the year at Freed's Bakery. The Las Vegas Metro Police Wives order a Vegas Strong cake for first responders, and the team builds a towering fortune cookie-flavored pagoda to celebrate the Year of the Dog.
Donny and Marie, Mermaid and Crazy Cat Lady Cakes
The Freed's Bakery team surprises legendary performers Donny and Marie Osmond on stage with a big, blinged-out masterpiece. Brittnee Klinger makes a little girl the ultimate rainbow-mermaid birthday cake, and Kristen LoVullo and Aubrie Virgin go crazy for a kooky cat lady-themed cake.
Sea Monster, Whale and One Drop Cakes
There's a storm of water-themed cakes brewing in Freed's Bakery. Brittnee Virgin and Kristen LoVullo team up to unleash the Kraken on a pirate ship cake, and Cirque du Soleil orders a six-foot-long Alaskan mountain range cake with running rivers for a star-studded event. A mystery client orders a realistic whale of a cake covered in 24-karat gold.
Giant Pot of Gold and Italian Feast Cake
In honor of Italian chef Mama Maria's 101st birthday, Brittnee Klinger re-creates an Italian feast that's so realistic the chef can't tell the difference between the cake and her own food! Kristen LoVullo makes a gravity-defying Irish whiskey bottle that looks like it's pouring a stiff drink. Then, the team crafts a massive 500-pound pot of gold cake complete with a leprechaun and a secret chamber of gold coins for the biggest St. Patrick's Day party in Las Vegas.
Dig This High Roller Cake!
It's a week of big machine cakes at Freed's Bakery as Sonny Robinson digs into a huge yellow excavator perched atop rippled layers of delicious earth. Aubrie Virgin makes a miniature barbecue feast to accompany a big RV cake. Then, the team has to finish a 5-foot-long cake of the world's biggest observation wheel, the High Roller, and Max Fried scrambles to make the wheel spin and light up in time for the big reveal.
Kung Fu Dragon, Divas and Ultimate Garden Cake
Enter the dragon as Anthony Fusco bakes a "black belt" chocolate cake and Aubrie Virgin sculpts a ferocious kung fu-themed masterpiece. Sonny Robinson sculpts a fabulous Divas Las Vegas-themed cake for world-famous drag queen Frank Marino. Then, the entire bakery team creates the ultimate garden cake complete with a huge tree, edible flowers and cupcakes that look just like potted plants.
Movie Camera, Life-Size Slot Machine and Pink Glitter Skull Cake
It's lights, camera and edible action at Freed's Bakery when their incredible movie camera cake takes center stage at a film buff's surprise birthday party. Brittnee Klinger's dream comes true when she gets to make a giant, glittering, pink skull cake. Then, the bakery team gambles big on a life-size working slot machine cake that spills chocolate coins when you hit the jackpot!
Speakeasy, Hatchimals and Bowling Cakes
Raul Hernandez and Anthony Fusco concoct a whiskey sour cake for a Prohibition-era police wagon. NFL Hall of Famer Jonathan Ogden orders a striking bowling-themed cake for his star-studded charity event, and the Freed's Bakery team builds a Hatchimals-themed cake that looks like a big nest with huge chocolate eggs that actually hatch.
Giant Brain, Mayan Pyramid and Beauty Queen Cakes
Brittnee Klinger and Kristen LoVullo make a gorgeous blue and silver, seven-tier cake with an edible tiara in honor of Miss Nevada USA and Miss Nevada Teen USA. Sonny Robinson and Aubrie Virgin team up to make a Mayan pyramid with edible "artifacts" buried inside for the archaeology department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Then, the Freed's Bakery team turns a brainstorm into a huge brain-themed cake with blinking neurons for the Keep Memory Alive charity.
Big Red Corvette, Neon Jungle and Giant Enchanted Castle Wedding Cake
Sonny Robinson carves a showstopping 4-foot-long red corvette cake, and Freed's Bakery positively glows when they make an incredibly colorful three-monkey cake for Hyde Nightclub's neon jungle party. Then, the team constructs their most ambitious wedding cake -- an elaborate 8-foot tall floating enchanted castle!
