Jessie and Tina purchase a ranch-style home in a unique neighborhood in Whittier, California. Almost every surrounding house boards horses on the property. In order to attract very specific buyers, Jessie and Tina will have to get creative with their restoration of this home. Will they succeed in the transformation, or will they go over budget trying to make this house stand out?

Jessie and Tina Restore Los Angeles Bungalow
Jessie and Tina purchase a home in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles and discover the home has a second house on the property. What they don't know is that no one has lived in the second unit in almost 40 years.
