Jessie and Tina purchase a ranch-style home in a unique neighborhood in Whittier, California. Almost every surrounding house boards horses on the property. In order to attract very specific buyers, Jessie and Tina will have to get creative with their restoration of this home. Will they succeed in the transformation, or will they go over budget trying to make this house stand out?

Jessie and Tina Restore Los Angeles Bungalow
Jessie and Tina purchase a home in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles and discover the home has a second house on the property. What they don't know is that no one has lived in the second unit in almost 40 years. It will take a lot to restore this entire property, but the ever-growing popularity of Echo Park is too much to pass up. Is this flip going to be able to attract today's buyers and return profit or will Jessie and Tina be left with a loss?
