Maar nog steeds zoekt iedereen naar omschrijvingen, betekenissen en duidingen voor wat WikiLeaks (en binnenkort ook OpenLeaks) nou precies inhoudt. En wat het heeft veranderd. Zowel wat betreft transparantie en digitalisering van onze informatiecultuur als meer inhoudelijk in democratie en machtsverhoudingen. Tegenlicht duikt in de oorsprong en de idealen van de –Leaks beweging en stelt de filosofische en politieke vragen achter het nieuwe fenomeen.
