Minare Koda hears herself on the radio during her shift at Voyager, a soup curry restaurant. When she rushes over to MRS, Moiwayama Radio Station, to look for Kanetsugu Mato, the chief director, she's put on the spot to speak live on air.
I Despise Them
Minare is surprised at the customers who recognized her voice on the radio. Mato and the MRS crew come by Voyager and recruits her right after she was told she'd be fired at the restaurant.
You All Are Soft
Tight on money, Minare decides to work at MRS and stays with Mizuho Nanba, an assistant director. Mato reveals his plan to have Minare host a late night program with her name in the title.
You Don't Smile
Manager Takarada gets in an accident so Minare goes back to working at Voyager. A mysterious woman, Makie Tachibana joins them to help out at the restaurant until Takarada recovers, but things start to get weird for Minare.
You're Not Getting Out Alive
After a sudden call from Mato, Minare goes on air for the first official episode of her program to give a fictitious report about how she killed Mitsuo, her ex-boyfriend.
There's No Such Thing
Nakahara lets Makie stay at his place where she reveals a dark family past to Meiko, his older sister. Minare is desperate for a segment idea so Mato sends her and Mizuho to investigate the sender of a mysterious fax.
I Want to Cry
Minare and Mizuho arrive at Oki's place where he reveals his past with Ritsuko, his missing girlfriend. When Minare goes up in the attic to figure out the source of the dark liquid that drips from the ceiling, she finds bags of suspicious meat.
I Can't Tell You Over the Phone
To use as content for her program, Minare calls her father to find out the origin of her name. Meanwhile, Manager Takarada returns to Voyager along with Toru, Makie's overprotective brother.
I Won't Believe You
Minare receives a text from Mitsuo and agrees to meet up. Despite all the inner turmoil, she ends up spending the whole day with him.
I Have to Do This
Nakahara gets bent out of shape when he finds out Minare went on a date with Mitsuo. At MRS, sound effect masters Kakoton and Kakoen join the crew for the next live radio drama broadcast.
I Don't Fear Anaerobic Creatures
In the radio drama, Minare faces a deity along with Mitsuo that will reincarnate them to the next life. In preparation for the next broadcast, Minare receives a lot of support from her friends.
I Want to Convey It to You
As soon as Minare starts her broadcast, a strong earthquake strikes Hokkaido that causes a widespread power outage. Minare is put on the spot to continue her program during the disaster.
