Season 1
Ha Lip, is a man who tries to get an extension of a contract he made with the devil. He had sold his soul to the devil ten years earlier to obtain fame and fortune, but the deadline is about to expire. To get an extension, he has to find three other people with contracts and collect them.

Ha Rip is a successful composer, and all of his songs top the charts and win many awards. One day, he is informed that his 10-year contract with the devil will soon terminate, and as per the contract, the devil will take Ha Rip's soul. And he gets involved in strange situations. What is the true identity of Ha Rip?
Episode 2
I Gyeong is a nameless singer-songwriter who has a miserable past. She goes to Ha Rip after finding out he released the song she wrote, and Ha Rip realizes that all his music are stolen and inspirations from others. Out of guilt, Ha Rip wants to terminate the contract. However, there is a price to pay for.
Episode 3
I Gyeong decides to quit music and to find a new dream. Meanwhile, Ha Rip tries to find his replacement to carry through on his promise with Tae Kang. He manages to find someone who is desperate to be a musician and introduce the person to Tae Kang. However, Tae Kang says that he can't accept the person as Ha Rip's replacement.
Episode 4
I Gyeong decides to quit music and starts working at Ha Rip's house as a housekeeper with Kang Ha's help. However, Ha Rip is being harsh on her and asks her to stay out of his sight. Meanwhile, Ha Rip is still struggling to find a first-grade soul, and Tae Kang suggests him looking close to home. All of a sudden, Ha Rip has a feeling that I Gyeong might be the one.
Episode 5
I Gyeong's first performance goes viral online, but she doesn't want to keep doing music. Tae Kang tries to prove that I Gyeong does not have the first-grade soul by testing her. Meanwhile, I Gyeong and Lucca run into each other in front of Seo Dong Cheon's old house. They share their stories of how they got to know about Seo Dong Cheon.
Episode 6
Despite the controversy about I Gyeong's past, Ha Rip decides to sign her as Soul Entertainment's artist. I Gyeong is happy because she can finally fulfill her dream as a singer, but she doesn't know the real plan Ha Rip has on his mind. Meanwhile, Ha Rip, I Gyeong and Lucca are preparing for I Gyeong's first busking.
