The Finals - Heat One
This year's World's Strongest Man Finals come from the Chobe National Park in Botswana. This opening heat sees Brits Mark Felix and Luke Stoltman among the challengers for the two spots available for The Grand Final.
The Finals - Heat Two
The mighty Eddie Hall takes on five other athletes for the two available spots for The Grand Final. Known as The Beast, he will have to overcome a qualifying field including Polish star Grzegorz Szymanski, America's Nick Best and Jon Lane, and Norway's Jon Olav Granli.
The Finals - Heat Three
Contenders vying for one of two places available in the Final include Hafthor Bjornsson, and Brit Terry Hollands who presented Channel 5's coverage in 2015.
The Finals - Heat Four
Brit Laurence Shahlaei is among the contenders after reversing his decision to call time on his career when another injury seemed to have got the better of him. He and his fellow contenders are looking to grab one of two places available in the Final.
The Finals - Heat Five
Annual competition of strength athletics. The action takes place in Botswana, and there are just two places left to be filled in the Grand Final. Reigning champion, three-times winner Brian Shaw, is up against Johan Els and Gerhard Van Staden from South Africa, Australian Eben Le Roux and hotly tipped newcomer 23-year-old Mateusz Kieliszkowski from Poland. There are six events - the Loading Race, 18-tonnes Truck Pull, Keg Toss, 363kg Deadlift for reps, Viking Press and the Atlas Stones.
The Grand Final
Coverage of the Grand Final of this annual contest from Botswana, as ten of the planet's most powerful individuals flex their muscles in a bid to win the ultimate accolade in strength athletics. There are six challenges - the Frame Carry, Circus Barbell, Deadlift for Max weight, Plane Pull, Kettlebell Throw and Atlas Stones. Presented by James Richardson, Sarah-Jane Crawford and four-times World's Strongest Man Magnus Ver Magnusson, with commentary by Danny Wallace and Colin Bryce.

The Big Fat Quiz
The Big Fat Quiz is an annual British television programme broadcast on the last Sunday of the year on Channel 4. Essentially, the show is a comedy panel show in the style of a pub quiz. Three teams, of two celebrities each, are asked questions relating to the events of the year just gone by, which they write answers to on an electronic board in front of them. At the end of each round, they then display their answers, scoring a point for each correct one. The first edition was broadcast in December 2004. There has been another at the end of each year since, as well as a special edition in November 2007 for Channel 4's 25th anniversary celebrations.
Severance
Mark Scout leads a team at Lumon Industries, whose employees have undergone a severance procedure, which surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives.
