Match #1: Rey Mysterio vs Evan Bourne Match #2: Kane vs THE Brian Kendrick Match #3: Melina, Mickie James & Kelly Kelly vs Maryse, Michelle McCool & Natalya Match #4: John Cena vs Jack Swagger Match #5: The Great Khali vs Santino Marella Match #6: Kofi Kingston vs The Miz Match #7: Battle Royal Match #8: Christian vs Shelton Benjamin Match #9: CM Punk vs Matt Hardy Match #10: Tommy Dreamer vs Chris Jericho Match #11: Triple H, Batista & Shane McMahon vs Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase All matches, except for the final match, the winner of the match determines which brand gets the draft pick. Batista comes to the ring and talks about what Randy Orton did to him and he wants Orton to come out and face him now. Orton doesn't come out, but Shane McMahon does. Shane tells Batista that if anybody is going after Orton, it's him. This brings out Triple H. H says the he's going to be the one to hunt down Orton. Unfortunates, this brings out Vickie Guerrero and says that she's the only one who will determine who will face Orton. She says that the three of them will face Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase, if Legacy wins, no one touches Orton, but whichever one of them gets the pinfall, they face Orton next week. Match #1: Rey Mysterio vs Evan Bourne. (Cole, Lawler, Striker & Matthews called the match) Mysterio pins Bourne. The first pick of the draft is: United States Champion MVP. Match #2: Kane vs THE Brian Kendrick w/Ezekiel Jackson. (Cole, Lawler, JR & Grisham called) Kane pins Kendrick. (In about a minute) The second pick of the draft is: The Big Show. Vickie & Chavo are talking when Orton comes in and wants to know what Vickie is thinking, and if Triple H wins, the title will be on the line. John Cena is talking to somebody when Jack Swagger walks up. Cena proceeds to make fun of Swagger's nickname. Match #3: Melina, Mickie James & Kelly Kelly vs Maryse, Michelle McCool & Natalya. (Cole, Lawler, JR, & Grisham called) Michelle pins Mickie. The third pick of the draft is: Women's Champion Melina. Match #4: John Cena vs Jack Swagger. (Cole, Lawler, Strike & Matthews called) Cena wins via submission.. The fourth and 5th picks are: Matt Hardy and WWE Champion Triple H. Orton talks to Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase and he wants to know what their strategy is for the match tonight. Match #5: The Great Khali w/Runjin Singh vs Santino Marella. (Cole, Lawler, JR, Grisham) Before the match starts, Beth Phoenix & Rosa Mendez come out and she tells Santino that there's more on the line than a draft pick, if Khali wins then "Santina" will be on the Khali Kiss Cam. Khali pins Marella. The 6th pick of the draft is: CM Punk. Match #6: Kofi Kingston vs The Miz w/John Morrison. (Cole/Lawler/Striker/Matthews) Kofi wins via DQ. The 7th pick of the draft is: The Miz After the pick, Miz attacks Morrison, who cost him the match. Match #7: Battle Royal Raw vs ECW vs Smackdown: Big Show, Mike Knox, MVP, Cryme Tyme vs Finlay, Ricky Ortin, Mark Henry, Tyson Kidd & Paul Burchill vs Carlito, Primo, R-Truth, Chavo Guerrero & Edge. Edge wins. The 8th pick is Kane, the 9th pick is Chris Jericho. (All 6 called) Match #8: Christian vs Shelton Benjamin. (Matthews/Striker/Grisham/JR) Christian pins Benjamin. The 10th pick of the draft is: Vladimir Kozlov. In the locker room, Shane, H & Batista all argue about who's getting Orton. Match #9: CM Punk vs Matt Hardy.
