YooHoo & Friends - Season 1

The eco-adventures of five furry-tailed animals on a quest to save the planet from eco-disasters.

By the time YooHoo and friends arrive on Madagascar, they are already exhausted from nostalgia. While Roodee and Lemmee blame Chewoo for the past incident on Fruit Day, Chewoo can care less about how they feel. She always enjoys herself with the new adventure, and Roodee and Lemmee become more grouchy with her worriless attitude.

With the guidance of light from the pouch, YooHoo and Friends arrive at nature preservation area called Tingji De Bemaraha on the west side to Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. The magnificence of summits, which were created by the erosion of water from the river and rain, does not compare to anything they have seen in their life.

Everyone is exhausted from dehydration, so Roodee and Lemmee decide to go on a journey to find water for them. However, Roodee and Lemmee go on their separate ways when they encounter two-forked way. Roodee and Lemmee are the opposites when it comes down to making decisions. Roodee tries to depend on Yootopedia while Lemmee follows his instinct.

YooHoo and friends start their journey to Victoria fall where the light of the pouch directed them to. Without knowing how dangerous the fall is, they ride a log to the fall. YooHoo loses his balance and falls into the fall, but Roodee saves him by throwing branches and pebbles for YooHoo to grab onto.

In Serengeti there lived the world's biggest golden lion. He was always alone, excluding himself from other animals. He was brave and full of confidence. One day, a tiny red fruit fell on his head and turned his mane to red. All other animals in Serengeti became attracted to his new look and approached him to make friends with him, but the lion ignored them.

YooHoo and Friends are at Turkana Lake in Kenya, and they are very excited to see a group of elephants. They happen to rest in the stone cave at night. All of sudden, they hear odd breathing sound and loud steps from outside of the cave. Chewoo and Lemmee peak out to see where the sound is coming from and then get terrified to see a one-eyed monster with a long body of a snake.

YooHoo and Friends are at Congo, and suddenly a gorilla appears in front of them. YooHoo and Friends run away from his unexpected attack while YooHoo allures the gorilla from his friends so he can buy some time. Soon YooHoo's friends are worried about YooHoo and decide to return to YooHoo, but they can't find the way back to him.

This is Banc d'Arguin National Park, Mauritanie, East Africa. YooHoo and friends were traveling across the sky on a tree leaf hand glider when they meet a group of pelicans. Roodee cannot resist but to laugh at the unusually small one with a small beak. He accidentally spills all the fish the poor lump-beak pelican caught with its little beak.

YooHoo and Friends are flying with a glide made of a leaf. Unfortunately, the glide starts to burn with strong sunshine. However, YooHoo and friends manage to crash-land at the desert and start wandering around to get some water on this hot, sandy desert. Meanwhile they meet Meerkats who have been running away from hyenas' attack.

Yoohoo and friends are trapped in Pyramid. They can only get out if they solve all the questions written there before the sands start to fall down. With Roodie's help, they finally interpret the letters written in ancient times and get to read the question.

YooHoo and friends arrive at Dead Sea, a salt lake between Israel and Jordan. YooHoo and Friends are led to the the Pillar of Salt where they get to find another Green. YooHoo and friends, who are very tired from a long trip, decide to take a rest at beautiful Ma'in Hot Springs. All of sudden, a group of strangers appear and take away Roodee's Yootopedia.

There's a hidden clue that shows the way to the shelter (a resting place) of desert on a treasure map that Lesser Panda, Hapee, has in their hands. YooHoo & Friends hit the road, along with Hapee, to head to the shelter, helping each other. In the meantime, Meerkats chase after YooHoo & Friends to take the Green Pouch away, but end up getting fatigued by encountering the unexpected troubles.

The light from "star of desert" leads YooHoo & Friends to the oasis, the only one available in the desert. However, they find it all dried up surrounded by a couple of withered trees. They seem to find a suitable place to set up for staying one night with 7 tops of sand ridges ahead of them. Hapee, who is disappointed, decides to go back home, but YooHoo & Friends stay overnight.

YooHoo & Friends arrive at a cotton castle "Pamukkale" in Denizli, Turkey. All of a sudden, the light from the Green Pouch are all dispersed due to the reflection of water pools. YooHoo & Friends lose sight (track) of the Green, but Pammee's talent of chemistry with stream shows them the Green is in fairy chimney and thus continues their way.

YooHoo and friends arrive in Rumania. When Lemmee tells them about vampire bats that live in the area, the whole group is horrified except Roodee. He thinks it's make believe. When they go out to the lake at night, Roodee tries to surprise his friends only to find himself scared off by the Meerkat brothers in disguise. The Meerkats try to scare YooHoo and the rest of his friends.

YooHoo & Friends see the Green falling into Plitvice Lake and decide to dive into the lake to get it back. However, there's an obstacle, Meerkats waiting for them. They have to get out of water leaving Chewoo alone in the lake. Surprisingly, Chewoo finds a bunch of "Greens" at the bottom of lake, but they turn out to be just little pebbles in same color as the Greens.

YooHoo & Friends arrive at the limestone cave on the Karsts and start searching for the Green in its three narrow tunnels inside. They become marveled with beauty of the miraculous underworld. YooHoo and Pammee walk through a majestic cave filled with stalactites while cowardly Roodee follows Lemmee along the way.

YooHoo's gang reaches the Aeolian Islands after a long trip. They meet dandy Libee, who catches Pammee and Chewoo's heart with magic tricks and manners of a gentlemen and the boys are displeased with him. Libee put the seed pouch to the side with his magic and the boys blame him for it.

YooHoo and friends drop the seed pouch somewhere in the Pyrenees Mountains, France. Rubee, a Red Fox that was going about her way bored picks it up. When YooHoo's gang and the meerkat brothers both claim it belongs to them, Rubee decides to give it to whoever wins in a contest.

YooHoo and his gang visit the lynx's archeologist cousin brother in Spain. There are remains of ancient wall paintings in the cave they found to rest in. Reminded of Yootopia, Chewoo fills in the empty parts of the picture to the lynx's surprise. They discover that Yootopia's danger has to do with the future of Earth itself as they talk.

YooHoo & Friends arrive at Stonehenge and meet many friends of Chewoo's. Chewoo's friends help them to find the Green. In recompense for their help, YooHoo & Friends go to find glistening pebbles from Giant's Causeway. They overcome many obstacles on the way to find pebbles with everyone's cooperative spirit.

The meerkat brothers have followed YooHoo's group all the way to freezing Sweden. Out of hunger they eat a polka dot hanging nearby. Soon they start itching and swelling. The oldest meerkat warms his brothers to never eat the fruit again. On the other hand YooHoo and his friends pick out the edible fruit thanks to Pammee.

YooHoo and friends are in a forest near the Baikal Lake, Russia. Pammee disappears into the forest lured by its beautiful whispers. While the rest of the group looks for her, she falls into deep sleep. They try to wake her up with no avail. Finally the water from Baikal Lake carried into the forest with Roodee's folding cup wakes her up.

They are still following the light of the Green Pouch. While going across the Altai mountains to look for another Green, they meet a snowstorm, and a Snow Leopard suddenly appears in front of them. At first sight, YooHoo & Friends get frightened with her presence, but with Pammee's  insight, they find out that the Snow leopard wants to become their friend.

Meercat brothers plan to wait for YooHoo & Friends, hiding in the forest and steal it away the pouch of green seeds. Meanwhile, falling in love with Chewoo at the first sight, Ring Ring (Panda) give a hard time to Meercat brothers who always annoy YooHoo & Friends.

YooHoo & Friends, at arrival in India, meet Sparkey (Striped Skunk) in meditation to melt her ego. Sparky shows the direction to YooHoo & Friends to find the green seeds and YooHoo & Friends follows her advice. Upon arrival in cave, however, there are Meercat brothers waiting for YooHoo & Friends to steal away the pouch of green seeds.

This is Ha Rong Bay, located North of Vietnam. Roodee feels like he is not appreciated for his inventions and hard work so decides to take some time alone away from the rest of the group. He bumps into the meerkat brothers who are astonished and amazed at every little invention he comes up with. Roodee gets carried away and shows off his hand in creating gadgets.

The meerkats make it all the way to Thung Yai area in Thailand with Roodee's stolen encyclopedia. They try their best to make cool gadgets like Roodee did but their creation is less than functional. The meerkats carry on with the heavy encyclopedia anyway. The eldest deiced to create a seed pouch of their own using the encyclopedia.

YooHoo and his friends meet a baby Javan Rhinoceros called Rhino. They end up taking care of the baby rhino for the mother. Unlike Rhino's first impression he turns out to be quite a handful. He likes to get in trouble shouting 'I'm bored, I'm bored!'. or crying over every little thing putting YooHoo and friends in an awkward position.

Kinabalu Park, Malaysia is full of rare animals and plants. YooHoo get to see insect eating plants like Venus's flytrap and pitcher plants as they carry on with their journey. Roodee looks up information using his encyclopedia for his friends as usual but Josh the Tarsier Monkey steals his thunder. Josh shows the group around the forest while Roodee, discouraged, follows behind.

YooHoo & Friends are riding on an airplane made of a leaf,another one of Roodee's invention. When they try to land on a small island where they are about to find another Green, the island suddenly disappears. They end up landing on a different island nearby.

YooHoo and friends are in the hot spring area in Japan. YooHoo sets off to check out the area while the rest of the gang rest when he is attacked by the chief's daughter. He dodges all her attacks and somehow ends up helping her with an injury. Meanwhile the rest of the group gets in trouble for playing in the hot spring.

With heavy storm, YooHoo & Friends fall down to the beach in Australia and find out there is nothing to drink nor eat. In the meantime, they meet the Sugar Glider sisters who often loses their nest due to stormover there.

YooHoo and friends relax at the platypus' house. They decide to give up finding the seeds and settle down in the beautiful residence forever. On the other hand the Shuga glider sisters have a hard time understanding Tiki's effort to maintain the environment. They try to leave but the platypus stops them sensing a whirlwind coming.

Chewoo is bouncing up and down shouting "I found it, I found it!" Everyone is delighted thinking she found a green seed but it was just her favorite snack, acorn. Chewoo is happy she found a acorn in such a long time but her friends are upset it is not a green seed they are looking for. When Chewoo actually finds a green seed, none of her friends believe her.

In search of green seeds, YooHooo & Friends make a journey to South Pole. They slide over the ice in a sleigh and skate, slip into ice hole and are locked in cave where Kookee (little penguin) lives. KooKee treats YooHoo & Friends unfairly. To get out of cave, YooHoo & Friends try and follow KooKee's advice, but get to know Kookee is also trapped in ice cave like them.

Easter Island, Chile is famous for its unique statues. YooHoo and friends play on the beautiful island among the Moais. Before they know it, the seed pouch is gone. The meerkats have followed them all the way to the island to take it from them. The Meerkat brothers search the island for another seed only to get trapped in a cave for annoying the spirits of Easter Island.

YooHoo and his friends land on a tree-leaf plane at the central plaza in Machu Picchu, Peru. They find a green seed on the top of a trophy but the parrots refuse to hand it over unless they win in a ball match. Also going for the green seed the Meerkats agree to compete for the trophy.

Spectacle bear always bumps into trees due to bad eyesight. When Spectacled bear meets YooHoo & Friends finding the green seeds, he is willing to help them and hit the road together. However, Spectacled bear guides YooHoo & Friends to thornbush, instead of smooth path, and make troubles on the way.

Ping, little dolphin living in Amazon river in Brazil. She wants to be a pretty pink dolphin like her mom, but her body is in grey, not pink. Hearing from YooHoo & Friends there are a lot of grey dolphins swimming in the sea, Ping decides to Leave for the sea to meet her real family. On her way to sea.

Bally's in Brazil full of coral reefs. The light out of green seeds is towards the middle of Sea. YooHoo & Friends make a journey to "The Great Blue Hole" by the submarine invented by Roodee. They enjoy  the beautiful scenery of under-the-sea, but get the attack from the group of jellyfish.

YooHoo and friends land in the middle of a desert in Mexico. There is nothing but cactuses around the area. Rooney, who was visiting the desert, inform the group of a cactus flower festival where all the cactus will flower at once. While the group roam the desert in search of the seed they make friends with a small cactus.

YooHoo & Friends arrive in Hawaii where is famous for the Hula dance & Volcano. They have a good time at the beautiful beach in a long time. Later on, they go to get green seeds in a hurry as soon as they hear Loonee (Snowy Owl) singing about green seeds and find out where the green Seeds are, but cannot move forwards due to the hot lava of volcano.

YooHoo and friends are traveling across Grand Canyon in North Carolina, USA. When they finally get there they meet Sparky again. He kindly tells them where he saw a green seed making the search much easier for the group. But when they finally get to the seed, the Meerkats steal the whole seed pouch with a crafty fishing pole.

The meerkats successfully escape from YooHoo and friends with the stolen seed pouch. Looking inside the pouch they learn they must collect two more green seeds. As the light from the pouch points across the lake they try to get there by swimming through the river only to be chased by a large fish with sharp teeth.

YooHoo & Friends meet beaver brothers who are the specialist for building a dam in Canada. The beaver brothers are proud of the their dam, but are puzzled when they get to know the green seeds are stucked in their dam. YooHoo & Friends explain to them how important green seeds are to bring back the life to their Yootopia.

In the Wood Buffalo National Park YooHoo and friends are lost, ending up circling the forest. For some reason the seed pouch fails to guide them when they meet a Baby Buffalo lost like YooHoos. Lemmee follows his instincts and leaves marks on all the barks they pass leading the group out of the forest at last.

Finally , Yoohoo & Friends get to the North Pole to find the green seeds. Though YooHoo & Friends meet Koolar (Sea Lion), a self-styled specialist for an Arctic expedition, they don't  get the help from Koolar.  On the contrary, YooHoo & Friends help Koolar in trouble chased by Polar Bear.

YooHoo and friends are trapped in a glacier. Coola the seal is at a loss. Rooney goes out to find help for YooHoo. On the other hand the Meerkat brothers suspicious if YooHoo will ever take them to YooTopia follow the group to North Pole. Their attempt to save YooHoo and friends from distress makes matters worse making the glacier crack and fall.
