Before recently engaged couple Greg and Haig walk down the aisle, they need Reza and Taylor's expertise to help them decide which house to call home. Haig lives in a modern two-story home in Studio City with his six year-old twins, while Greg and his dog live in a homey Sherman Oaks bungalow, complete with a pool.
The Proposal
Before Brandon pops the question to his girlfriend Anne, they need Reza and Taylor's help on where to live, either in his small town community of Moorpark, or Anne's Westlake Village abode that is walking distance to town, or in a new residence they can call their own.
Long Distance Love
Engaged couple Marc and Bedina have lived 700 miles away from each other for the past two years. With Marc in Savannah and Bedina in New Jersey, this couple is ready to set a date for their wedding, but first need Reza and Taylor's input to help them decide which state, city and abode to call home.
Texas Two Step
Newlyweds Mark and Kim divide their time between his Dallas bachelor pad and her farmhouse; Reza shows them new listings, while Taylor shows them how they can renovate their existing homes and blend their opposite design tastes.
Moving in With Mom
Wandra and Al are a mother and son who consider themselves best friends. While Wandra's sprawling estate in a well-to-do Atlanta suburb is too big for one person, Al's home, in the hip, gentrifying Historic West End, sits empty most of the year while he makes a living singing on cruise ships. Looking to figure out how to merge their styles, they enlist the help of Reza and Taylor to see how they can get back under one roof.
Sand or Surf
Dating for five years, Krystle and Christopher have been commuting between her Palm Desert abode and his ocean view residence in Santa Monica. Finally ready to shack up, they call upon Reza and Taylor to help them make the decision of sand and mountains or sand and surf.
The Ex Factor
Allyson and Matt worked together for years and when their marriages failed, the two fell in love. Now married for two years, the couple still doesn't share a roof; Allyson lives in the house she shared with her ex-husband, while Matt lives in the home he shared with his ex-wife. This Atlanta based couple needs Reza and Taylor's advice whether to renovate or relocate.
Opposites Attract
Dating for three years, Los Angeles based couple Wendy and Vince are both divorced and only recently started to entertain the idea of moving in together, now that their kids are almost out of the house. They are not convinced it's the right next step in their relationship but are eager to hear some advice from Reza and Taylor on what their options could be.
Rushing Into Things
After eight months of dating, Lana and Sean, are ready to shack up. Lana's son is heading off to college, leaving her an empty nester in her 11,000 square foot Atlanta home. Sean lives in his post-divorce, picturesque lake house 90 minutes away. Finding love the second time around was hard enough and hope Reza and Taylor can help guide them to where they should call home.
Sleeping on the Stairs
Jamie and Jill have been engaged for four months. Jamie and his nine-year-old daughter live a metropolitan life in Atlanta, while Jill and her triplets live a suburban life 30 miles to the north. While Jamie and Jill can't wait to blend their families and start their lives together, this city slicker and suburban gal just can't figure out where they need to be. The two refuse to set a date for their wedding without living under the same roof and need Reza and Taylor's input to finally figure out whether to renovate or find their dream home.
