Realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod takes these first timers under her wing. But the couple soon learns that with a tight budget, they may have to step outside their comfort zone to find that perfect first time flip. Egypt's bidding strategy pays off at an auction on the steps of the courthouse. Later, the home's exterior gets an overhaul, Kemi reveals a surprise of her own, and as exhaustion sets in, fixing one major problem reveals an even bigger and more costly issue.

After renovating their own Atlanta home, Leslie and Tim are ready to flip a fixer-upper. Realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod steps in to guide them through the process. But with the couple's limited budget and search area, finding a viable property proves difficult. Later, Leslie's stealthy negotiation tactics take Egypt by surprise. And with their three sons pitching in, the couple tackles an ambitious renovation on a century-home with good bones. When the walls come down, a worried Tim fears the costly project will leave them under water.

Moving the bathroom has a major impact on the budget and it's up to Egypt to make sure the couple stays focused on their profit motive.
