Ehimen and Kemi want to turn flipping into a full-time business. They've already sold their own house and are now prepared to use their life savings to jump-start a new future. Realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod takes these first timers under her wing. But the couple soon learns that with a tight budget, they may have to step outside their comfort zone to find that perfect first time flip. Egypt's bidding strategy pays off at an auction on the steps of the courthouse. Later, the home's exterior gets an overhaul, Kemi reveals a surprise of her own, and as exhaustion sets in, fixing one major problem reveals an even bigger and more costly issue.

Leslie & Tim|Flip or Swim
After renovating their own Atlanta home, Leslie and Tim are ready to flip a fixer-upper. Realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod steps in to guide them through the process. But with the couple's limited budget and search area, finding a viable property proves difficult. Later, Leslie's stealthy negotiation tactics take Egypt by surprise. And with their three sons pitching in, the couple tackles an ambitious renovation on a century-home with good bones. When the walls come down, a worried Tim fears the costly project will leave them under water.

Later, Rebekah literally wants to raise the roof and her high-end tastes threaten the bottom line. Moving the bathroom has a major impact on the budget and it's up to Egypt to make sure the couple stays focused on their profit motive.

Sisters Kristy and Shelly have never owned a property yet they're certain they can make it in Atlanta's competitive flipping market. Enter realtor and flipping expert Egypt Sherrod. Kristy and Shelly say they're ready to get their hands dirty but when it turns out they'd rather pay contractors than do the work themselves, Egypt sets them straight with a lesson in sweat equity 101. When the demolition goes further than expected, Kristy and Shelly are left with a gaping hole and lots of questions. Meanwhile, the sisters make some financial decisions that could put the project in reverse.
