Tonight, it's all about innovation. First, he invites the contenders to Oxford to replicate a sushi platter as demonstrated by a sushi master. Who will listen and learn? And who will crumble?
Next, Gordon wants the teams to embrace the world of cocktails and seltzers in a can. Will they create a brand that stands out on supermarket shelves?
