Day One

Team GB's Josh Tarling was among the favourites in the men's road cycling time-trial, while world diving silver medallists Yasmin Harper and Scarlett Mew Jensen were vying to become Britain's first female Olympic medallists in the sport since 1960. Four of the opening day's 14 titles were decided in the swimming pool, including a women's 400m freestyle clash of the titans as defending champion Ariarne Titmus faced Katie Ledecky and Summer McIntosh. Another global star, Britain's two-time Olympic champion Adam Peaty, sought a place in the 100m breaststroke final, and there's a look ahead to tomorrow's highlights.
Day Two
The best of the action from day two, as 13 Olympic champions were crowned across eight sports. Great Britain's Adam Peaty was aiming for a third successive 100m breaststroke gold, and France's 'Face of the Games', Leon Marchand, was also looking for glory in the pool in the men's 400m individual medley. Other British athletes were targeting medals in archery, mountain biking, canoe slalom and judo.
Day Three

Diver Tom Daley, mountain biker Tom Pidcock and Britain's equestrian eventing team were all defending their titles, while the nation's male artistic gymnasts were vying to twist and tumble their way to the podium in the team final at the Bercy Arena.
Day Four

Britain's female artistic gymnasts were among those expected to challenge in the team final, while there were also chances of glory in both judo and shooting.
Day Five

Divers Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix and Lois Toulson were tipped for a spot on the podium in the women's 10m synchronised final, while Britain's female rowers are the reigning world champions in the quadruple sculls. Five of the day's 17 titles were decided in the pool, with Katie Ledecky, French star Leon Marchand and Australia's Kyle Chalmers just a few of the stellar names on show.
Day Six

American great Simone Biles was the day's headline act in the women's individual all-around final as she sought to make a triumphant return to Olympic artistic gymnastics. Helen Glover was tipped to claim her third Games rowing gold as part of the women's four, while the men's quartet are the reigning world and European champions and another of Team GB's podium hopefuls. There were also high hopes for Rio gold medallist Joe Clarke in the men's kayak canoe slalom singles final and Great Britain had further medal chances in the pool, with 200m backstroke specialist Luke Greenbank seeking to better the bronze he took in Tokyo three years ago.
Day Seven

Team GB swimmers Ben Proud and Duncan Scott were among the star names in action at the pool, while gymnast Bryony Page was seeking a third successive Olympic medal in the women's trampolining. British BMX racer Beth Shriever was out to retain her Olympic crown and rowing duo Imogen Craig and Emily Grant were going for gold in the women's lightweight double sculls.
Day Eight

The women's athletics 100m final was the day's showpiece event, with Britain's poster girl Dina Asher-Smith hoping to be in the mix against America's Sha'Carri Richardson and Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. British gymnast Max Whitlock was seeking a fourth successive pommel horse medal, while American superstar Simone Biles sought to reclaim her women's vault title. Tennis medals were decided in the women's singles and men's doubles at Roland Garros and some of cycling's most familiar faces were in action in the men's road race on the streets of Paris.
Day Nine

The star attraction on the track was American Noah Lyles, while British record holder Zharnel Hughes was hoping to add an Olympic medal to his World Championship bronze. Team GB athletes were also competing in the swimming this evening, with the men vying to improve on their Tokyo silver in the 4x100m medley relay. A trio of Brits chased gold in the dressage final, the men's golf reached its conclusion, three golds were decided in the artistic gymnastics and two tennis titles were decided at Roland Garros - the men's singles and the women's doubles.
Day Ten

There were chances of silverware all over France today, with four finals apiece in artistic gymnastics and athletics, while champions were also crowned in sports such as badminton, basketball and shooting.

The women's 200m promised to be tonight's highlight on the athletics track, while there were British medal hopes in track cycling, and diving with Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix in the women's 10m platform final, and Ireland's Kellie Harrington was also looking for a fairytale end to her career in the boxing ring.
Day Twelve
Isa Guha and Mark Chapman look back on the headlines from day 12 in Paris, as four Olympic champions were crowned in athletics - in the men's 400m and 3,000m steeplechase and discus, and women's pole vault. Boxing topped off a high-octane day of Olympic activity, with skateboarding, track cycling, weightlifting and skateboarding all seeing medals decided.
Day Thirteen
Isa Guha and Mark Chapman introduce highlights from day 13 in the French capital. There were strong British medal hopes in track cycling, with world champions Emma Finucane and Ethan Hayter competing in the keirin and omnium respectively, while Jade Jones and Bradly Sinden were vying to punch and kick their way to taekwondo glory. The women's 400m hurdles showdown between Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Femke Bol promised to be one of the highlights of these Games, while sprinter Noah Lyles and Indian javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra were among the star names seeking to become Olympic champions.
Day Fourteen
Isa Guha and Mark Chapman review the highlights of day 14, with a remarkable 33 gold medals across 17 sports given out. Eight more athletics gold medals were decided, including in the heptathlon and 4x100m relays. In cycling, the women's madison and men's sprint reached a dramatic conclusion, while it was all to play for in the men's football final at the Parc des Princes. Diving, table tennis and hockey each found new inductees to their Olympic halls of fame too on another star-studded day in Paris.
Day Fifteen
A review of the penultimate day of the Games, with a remarkable 39 more champions crowned across 21 sports. Joe Choong was seeking to retain his Olympic title in the modern pentathlon, Laura Muir was among the podium hopefuls in the day's eight track and field finals, childhood friends Kate Shortman and Izzy Thorpe were vying to earn a first-ever Olympic medal for Britain in artistic swimming, and several athletes stood a puncher's chance of glory in the boxing and taekwondo finals.
