A man with a tattoo of Oulu Kärpät on his arm is found murdered on the Spanish coast. Hilkka Mäntymäi's (Riitta Havukainen) peaceful quality time in Finland is interrupted when Luisa Salinas (Maria Romero), who leads the investigations in Spain, sends Hilka a request for help.

Andrés Villanueva's (Fran Perea) visit to Finland takes a new turn when he begins to assist Hilkka and Kimi (Asko Vaarala) in their investigations. Timo (Bruno Baer), a promising young athlete, receives unpleasant information about his health. At the same time, the smuggling of a young African couple to Spain ends up with questionable people.

Hilkka (Riitta Havukainen), Andres (Fran Perea) and Kimi (Asko Vaarala) arrive in Spain to help Luisa (Maria Romero). The strange connections of the Finnish entrepreneur couple Sohanna (Alina Tomnikov) and Petter (Paavo Kinnunen) also raise suspicions among other Finns on the Sun Coast. The discovery of the water plant makes the team realize that it is a bigger crime ring.

How do Corea and the murdered man from Oulu relate to Sohanna (Alina Tomnikov) and Petter (Paavo Kinnunen), a Finnish couple of entrepreneurs? Luisa does her own research into Coréa's background and is not satisfied with her findings.

Luisa (Maria Romero) and Hilkka (Riitta Havukainen) receive a tip that leads to extensive searches. However, the tentacles seem to stretch in many directions, and no one is willing to talk. Relations between Finns on the Sunshine Coast are getting tighter. Luisa has to face an unpleasant person from her recent past who makes it difficult for her to work.

Andres (Fran Perea) follows the lead to Melilla to meet his old acquaintances. Hilkka (Riitta Havukainen) and Luisa (Maria Romero) weave a plot with the help of which they aim to find the main perpetrators of the criminal league. However, new discoveries cause more despair. Neither of them can imagine that Hilkka might also be in danger.
